The Bad Kleinkirchheim cable cars offer the option of a bike shuttle with the cable cars. If you do not wish to cycle off on your own, then you can choose from a range of guided tours and services at the Krainer bike centre: exploratory tours, cycling technique workshops, half-day and full-day tours at all ability levels and attractive bike packages. Practice makes perfect
Before setting off on a mountain bike trail it’s a good idea to practice beforehand to help you develop the correct technique. The practice circuit for mountain biking enthusiasts in Feld am See is located on a small hill – directly behind the Bike Center in the village centre. The varied circuit, with four difficulty levels, pumping trails, North Shore trails, stony field, root carpet, banked turns and steps, is ideal for every level of ability. On around 400 metres of trails, adults and children, as well as beginners and those who are a little rusty, can test and improve their mountain biking skills.
