Our country house stands alone and detached, high above the village Feld am See, and enjoys a wonderful view of the mountains and the two lakes down in the valley. A narrow and windy road, with a beautiful view of the valley, leads about 2 km from the village up towards the house and on further to the rustic village Feldpannalm at 1.500 metres. This area with farms, meadows, pastures and forests, is called Rauth. The house has a large and private natural garden with a terrace, awning, a large chestnut tree providing shade, a barbecue and a campfire area. A trampoline (in summer), two swings and a slide are provided for children. It is ideal for a couple, perhaps with one or two children, seeking a quiet base from which to explore Carinthia.
The self-contained holiday apartment (for up to 4 people, ca. 50 m²) has its own separate entrance and is on the ground floor of the three-storey country house, at garden level.
It comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a living and dining room with a sofa and dining table that can also be used as a second bedroom (with two single beds, one pulled out from under the other), a bathroom with a shower bath and WC, and a spacious entrance area with a kitchen unit and ski storage space. The two rooms and the bathroom afford a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring electric stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, cooking utensils, tableware and cookware. Washing up liquid, tea towels, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll and bin bags are provided, along with bed linen, hand and shower towels for each guest, toilet paper and hand wash.
Free wireless Internet access is available indoors and outdoors. The whole house is non-smoking.
