This is a detached eco-house for 4 people, with a loam structure, an ecological heating system and wooden flooring (wenge, bamboo and floorboards), with quality furnishing in a modern design. It has its own water source and enjoys beautiful surroundings, with the Carinthian mountains and lakes world all around.
Amenities:
2 bedrooms, a large living and dining room with a built-in kitchen, designer furniture, an open fireplace, two modern bathrooms and a large sun terrace, looking out towards the lake. It is 50 metres to a private lakeside beach where you can enjoy water sports (no motorboats). It is also delightful in winter for ice skating, curling etc. There are five lakes in the area, the wellness paradise Bad Kleinkirchheim is about 10 km away and it is about 500 metres to a tennis court.
Long-term rentals are welcome. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers and children. Pets are allowed.
